ON24's Platform 10: SAAS Webinar

Platform 10 is a browser-based SAAS Product written in both Flex and HTML and is supported in 12 different languages. The HTML version, also known as “Apollo”, is compatible with browsers on Desktops, Tablets, and Mobile Devices. The product, which is the main part of ON24’s Webcast Elite platform, comes with 30 built-in widgets, from which the users can choose when they are creating their webinars or e-learning courses and is also customizable based on clients’ preference.

Inspired by Google’s Material Design guide-lines, I redesigned the User Interface of the product and improved the User Experience of the product based on the directions from ON24’s Executives, Product Managers, User-centered Best Practices, as well as the company’s major clients’ concerns. I was the only UI/UX Designer on the team and I worked with a distributed agile team of two Product Managers, a few dozens of Engineers and QA Engineers in a time span of 9 months. I also helped the Junior Product Manager to write and execute the user stories and lead the Engineering team throughout multiple sprints.
